Excellent product, personalized service

I was searching for a new float belt online, and came across a video featuring Watergym belts. From there I looked at their website, and I was impressed by the sizing options. I read it thoroughly, but I was unsure about a couple of details. The website noted that you could call to discuss if you needed clarifications. I called and left a message. The same day, I received a return call from Suzanne. She walked me through the whole process, asked me for the dimensions of my existing float belt, and a bit about my buoyancy in deep water (was I a sinker). Anyway, she said that a slightly larger medium would probably be best, so she would take a look at what they had on hand and phone me back. Sure enough, 10 minutes later she called me back, saying she found one. I asked her to put it on hold for me, and I ordered it. Received it a couple of days later. I have to say, the personal service I received is extremely rare in online shopping. Anyway, quality is excellent, adjustability is simple, fit is comfortable. I've done 10 deep water boot camp sessions with it so far, and it does not ride up at all ( this has been a source of discomfort for me with the previous belts I've used). The foam grips well on my rash shirt, and the elasticized belt provides just the right amount of flex. I don't even think about it during use. This is huge for me! Thank you Watergym

I use it for deep water exercise. Other belts I’ve tried are fine for just walking in deep water but not good for vigorous exercise. This one doesn’t ride up, keeps me upright & allows freedom of movement. I love it!

This is my 3rd belt in 8 years… can’t beat the quality or comfort, and the range of sizes makes it easy to find the perfect fit. The belts help hold you in the proper position to go through the water is exercises correctly and comfortably. Won’t buy any other belt but this one!

I am a sinker and unsuccessfully taken lessons numerous time from childhood to adult years. Sink, sink, sink. Wanted to take water running for health and avoid joint pain. With this belt I am fully engaged in the activity staying afloat in the deep end . Very very happy.

I’ve used 2 other float belts before my Watergym Float Belt. The others rode up and restricted my breathing to the point that I couldn’t concentrate on my exercise. Watergym’s elastic strap and the tapered design of the floatation piece, made a HUGE difference. Well worth the few extra dollars I paid for this item. Also good customer service!

Having worked in retail for many years, it takes a lot to impress me; but WaterGym did. They were immediately responsive to my contact, and my order was delivered in record time. Their website is very thorough, so there really is no way to make a mistake if you read and follow their information. Lastly, the belt was a perfect fit and is exactly what I needed for my deep water aerobics classes.

I purchased a water belt for myself (female) that I use for Deepwater exercise, I love this product. It holds me up comfortably in the water allowing me to exercise freely. I purchased a water belt for my brother (larger) and he used it this past summer in deep water. He is strengthening his legs and this was helpful to keep him up in the water. Excellent product and well worth the cost. Great customer service too.

This belt is great for deep water aerobic exercise. The belt is easy to adjust to your waist size and does not ride up under your arms. Stays in place when you do your aerobic exercise in the deep end. Love it!
