We are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING for online orders of $25.00 or more! Simply choose FREE SHIPPING option at checkout. If your order is under $25.00, there's a nominal $4.99 fee to ship your order.
2. Are there exclusions or conditions for your FREE SHIPPING offer?
Yes. Our free shipping offer is ONLY VALID in the Continental U.S., Hawaii & Alaska. If you live outside these areas, we cannot offer free shipping because of obvious expense. However, we do ship worldwide and welcome all orders! Also, please note: Larger orders ship U.S. Postal Services Parcel Select, which is a slower method because of oversize costs. This service is not available shipping to Hawaii, so quantity discounts may be adjusted to mitigate the high cost of Priority Mail shipping to Hawaii. (see #4)
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders ship within 1 business day after your order is placed if items are in stock. We ship via U.S. Postal Service only. Smaller orders (1-4 items) ship either USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail depending on location and weight.
Most orders reach their U.S. destination within 1-7 business days once shipped. HOWEVER, currently COVID is affecting shipping times, so if your shipment is timely, call us for its estimated time of arrival. Additional fees may apply if you need an upgraded service.
Larger orders, because of oversize costs, ship U.S. Postal Services Parcel Select, which takes approximately 3-9 business days to arrive. Delivery time varies depending on the shipping method and are due to change. If your shipment is timely, call us for an exact DOA. If ordering outside the Continental U.S., Hawaii or Alaska, see #5.

7. Do you give quantity discounts?
Yes, for some products. The quantity discounts are indicated on each product page if available. All quantity discounts are applied while in the shopping cart area of our website. Quantity discounts may need to be adjusted on large orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii because oversized boxes ship are extremely expensive to ship to those areas, as they need to ship Priority Mail, not our regular ground service.

Yes, for some products. This special offer is only valid in the U.S.A. You must call and provide us with proof of your current professional certification. We also accept purchase orders upon approval from Fitness Facilities, YMCA's, Wellness Centers and Schools in the U.S. Call to inquire.
