1. Do you ship outside the Continental U.S.?
YES! We ship worldwide. Simply place your order online. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars.
2. What shipping method do you use?
We ship U.S. Priority Mail International. Your order will take approximately 6-10 business days to reach you after it is shipped. Please note: Shipments can be delayed due to customs and there may be extra custom fees or import duties.
3. Do you accept returns on international orders?
Because of the extra work involved in processing orders outside the Continental US, there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on international orders. Please choose your products carefully. 4. How can I see my shipping rate before purchasing?
You can see in advance what your shipping costs will be as our shopping cart calculates real time shipping costs directly from the US Postal Service. Simply place a "pretend" order - NO CREDIT CARD NEEDED. Choose your items and fill in your FULL shipping address. Once you have filled in your address, the screen will refresh to show your shipping cost. If you need help, want an exact shipping quote, or are placing a large order of 4 or more items, you may email us for an exact shipping quote at: firstname.lastname@example.org
. Please include EXACT items and SIZES you want and your COMPLETE address INCLUDING ZIP CODE so we can give you an accurate quote. This quote does not include any custom fees or import duties.
Please note: In order to receive your items you may have to pay additional custom fees or import duties. We are not responsible for these fees, nor do we know what they may be. If items are rejected by the customer due to these fees and returned to us, we will ONLY refund your items if in good shape and not damaged. The few times this has occured the items were NOT in sellable condition as the package took months to get back to the US, therefore we could not refund the customer. If items are in good condition and sellable, your refund will be minus the shipping charges that we occured to originally ship the item to you.
5. It's expensive to get a belt shipped to my country. Is there another option?
We are truly sorry that international shipping is expensive. Please know that is the real cost. We do not charge any extra fees for handling.
HERE'S A GREAT WAY THAT OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS GREATLY REDUCE SHIPPING COSTS: Most people who love our products purchase them with others to order as a group. For example: To ship one belt to Canada costs around $35.00. To ship two belts costs around $37.00, which immediately REDUCES THE SHIPPING COST PER BELT by ALMOST 50% to $18.50 per belt. To ship 3 belts costs around 40.00, which takes the shipping down to approximately $13.35 per belt. Each additional belt only adds a few dollars so the costs to ship are reduced with each additional belt. So ask your pool pals, or even who might enjoy our belt as a gift! You may place a pretend order (see #4) to see how the costs change as you add in each additional product.
6. Can we purchase your products on Amazon?
If you live outside the U.S. and can access the U.S. Amazon website, our products are offered on Amazon in some countries, which can save you greatly on shipping costs. These offers change constantly, so you will need to go to our WaterGym, LLC, Amazon Storefront
to see if Amazon ships to your country. If you are having trouble with the link, please visit www.amazon.com and search for “WaterGym” to view our line of products for sale.
7. Are there countries where you do not ship?
If there's any problem with shipping to your country, your order will not go through. Our postage calculator is set for real time calculations from the US Postal Service, and there are a few countries they will not ship to.
