The belt was recommended by water aerobics teacher and I am SO glad I took her recommendation. In my first class, I had another belt on and it kept riding up to my chest. I had no issues with this belt and it really made a difference in my workout.

I use this belt in a deep water aerobics class. It is just what I needed. It has an elastic belt which allows me to take deep breaths while staying put. The belts provided by the rec center are narrow and have a tendencyto ride up under your ribs. I ordered the small even though I have a waist of 41 inches. It was a perfect size, would highly recommend going with a smaller size. It keeps me afloat while allowing me to swim and exercise comfortably. Superb product.

Belt is comfortable and easy to fit. I love suspended in water workouts. With the belt I am able to achieve a full range of motion. I jog, cross-country ski, bicycle, dolphin kick, etc., all in water that comes to my chin, wish water was deeper. For 2 years, 4 times a week, I have taken water aerobics classes, Never have I been as sore as from my workouts using the Watergym Belt. A good kind of sore. I am able to work harder and longer using the belt. It helps that I listen to my favorite music using a Delphin waterproof device.I love the belt so much that I am skipping my aerobic classes to workout in deep water with the belt.

Having tried other brands, I have to highly recommend you invest in the quality of a Water Gym belt. It is great to have a belt that does not ride up and allows all four limbs to be working at the same time.

This is a great stand-alone exercise, but I find that it is also the best recovery exercise for running and cycling. After an 8 mile run, I hobble into the pool, use my WaterGym belt and then feel like I walk out. Love it, love it, love it!!!
