I grew up on the ocean and I sink in fresh water.
My belt helps me do my 20 laps each day after a my morning walk. It is easy to use and makes swimming the back stroke a joy.
PS: I am 90 years young and plan to stay that way!

I was lucky enough to get my belt before the end of my summer water exercise class. It's great. I ordered a med/large, which is a bit big for my 35" waist, but it works.

I've used one of these for literally years...it is wonderful. Just bought a new one to replace it; and I am once again pleased with how it feels in the water.

The belt keeps my midsection afloat while I sorta kick wearing goggles doing backstroke and full snorkel mask to breathe and swim. It's great to do more than water walking with floating dumbbells and a noodle. Good sizing instructions because you'll tighten it even more after you're in the water.

Got the small size. Works great and very comfortable. My husband tried but didn’t keep him up (he has very little body fat and sinks easily). Will try a medium/large for him.

I just received this water belt and I absolutely LOVE it. I never had one before but just received this and tried it out in my pool and it works great. Super for aerobic exercise. Really enjoy it.
