I use these belts for Deep Water Aquatic Pilates. They keep you VERTICAL in the water so the clients can use their arms and legs freely with proper form.

The 'Watergym' belt has enabled me to exercise with confidence in the pool because I can cycle, scissors, high knees etc whilst remaining 'upright' in the deep end - after a hip plus double knees replacements!!! I'm so glad I investigated the product and I really appreciated the confirmation emails and phone calls regarding the most appropriate size. It fits well; the elasticised strap adds to the functionality. Thanks!

I have tried just about every water aerobics belt made and WaterGym is by far the best one made. The elastic strap that comes with the belt is perfect for assuring no upward slipping. I highly recommend this belt!

I've tried several different floatation belts (a TRC that I bought and others provided at the club). This belt is VERY comfortable. I'm 5'2", 110 lbs, and the small fits perfectly. The slight elasticity in the belt actually adds to the comfort. I bought the green belt so that it would be easily distinguished from the club belts and I would be less likely to forget and leave it behind. My unrelenting search for the perfect belt has come to a happy ending!

I've been teaching Water Upper Body & Core classes for years and have found that this belt is the best money can buy. We do 300 crunches during our hour routine and the WaterGym belt provides the perfect amount of float to keep us up for those crunches.
