Easy purchasing process and prompt shipping. I am overall pleased with the product that I received! I ordered a small and it fits me well (5'2" average-build female) and appears to be of good quality. The belt is elasticized, but remains snug. The blue padded/buoyancy material contours comfortably to my body when wearing, and is not too bulky (it does not interfere with movement). The only note I will mention is that it does not hold you out of the water as much as some other belts that offer a bit more buoyancy. For example, in the context of being in deep water, my shoulders and the base of my neck remain under the water, leaving only my mid-neck and head out of the water. NOTE FROM WATERGYM: Thank you for your kind review. Please know that we can custom pick a size small belt that is a bit longer for you to provide you more buoyancy, as you do not have to ride that low in the water if you don't prefer it. We work with our customers to make sure they are supported sufficiently, so give us a call to exchange!

I am so thrilled not only with my passion purple water belt (it really is the best belt EVER) but with he EXCELLENT customer service I received and the shipping was so fast I believe it took about 2 days.
On a side note, I was talking to my shallow water instructor and told her that I had purchased this belt. She also praised these belts and in fact she had purchased a belt (while they were still the classic style) many years ago and it is still holding up!

I have been taking deep water aerobics classes for over 8 years. The belts at the pool were pretty inferior so, one by one, all the regular participants have chosen to buy their own belts and Water Gym is the belt of choice. They stay in place as you exercise and are very durable. The medium size belt is perfect for exercise class workouts.

I purchased this to help me with my balance after surgery when I went for pool therapy. It is the most comfortable belt I have ever used. I have a short waist and it is narrow enough to fit my rib cage. I am a plus size woman. I bought the large size and it adjusts easily and fits well. I can't wait to take a deep water aerobics class with this belt.
