3. Where are the charts?

The "Workout Intensity Chart" and "Bonus Pool Chart" are inside your "Workout Intensity" E-Book. These charts are wonderful to print out and bring to the pool for reference. You'll print them out yourself. Many folks laminate them so they are waterproofed and easy to take to the pool.

    I am 71 years old and this is the first time I can go into the deep water since I have never learned to swim. The work out is great and it is so much better than using a Noodle. The fit is great and it is not cumbersome at all.
