WaterGym® believes our physical fitness greatly effects the quality and length of our lives. Therefore we are committed to motivating and empowering men and women worldwide of all ages towards optimum health and fitness, by providing products and services to teach the precise techniques of using water as a powerful gym in a way that’s fun, inspiring, educational, and highly effective in improving all aspects of physical fitness.

ABOUT WATERGYM®: The Company

Founded in 1989 in Marin County, California by Susanne Paynovich, WaterGym LLC offers products, classes, online trainings, and workshops in the field of water aerobic fitness. In the early 90s, WaterGym’s website was included in Google's Directory of Top Aerobic Health and Fitness websites, driving product sales and demand for WaterGym’s innovative water workouts and teacher trainings worldwide. WaterGym® has sold its U.S. made signature products to over 100 countries, and their Amazon Best Selling WaterGym Belt has been touted by industry leaders as the best deep-water flotation belt on the market.

ABOUT WATERGYM®: The Workout

WaterGym® has established itself as a popular and unique water workout. Classes have been conducted at numerous public and private health facilities throughout Northern California since 1986, and thousands have participated in the program. Customers range from 10 to 90+ years of age and are of all levels and physical conditions, from the elderly to the professional athlete. WaterGym® was one of the first deep-water workout systems on the market, helping pioneer and popularize deep-water workouts worldwide.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER:

Susanne Paynovich, has over 35 years experience teaching, training teachers and establishing and managing WaterGym® programs in health facilities throughout Northern California. She holds a B.A. in Dance, A.A. in Music, is A.C.E. and A.E.A. certified, has a background in sports and swimming, and has appeared in yoga videos, commercials & film.

Designer/manufacturer of the WaterGym® Belt, and producer/choreographer of WaterGym® DVD's and workouts, she is currently setting up online certification programs to certify teachers both nationally and abroad.
